Georgia Mulvaney-Thomerson

Georgia Mulvaney-Thomerson is a London-based design historian, archivist and researcher specialising in curation, project management and designer relations.

She currently works across London Fashion Week, London Show Rooms Paris, and the British Fashion Council’s Membership programme. As a freelance researcher and editorial consultant, her publication credits include the bestselling CBK: Carolyn Bessette Kennedy: A Life in Fashion (2023) and the forthcoming ACE: The Times & Style of Tennis (June 2026).

Georgia was the researcher for the V&A’s exhibition Bags: Inside Out (2020–21), for which she contributed to the accompanying publication. At the Design Museum London, she coordinated the exhibitions Waste Age (2021) and Objects of Desire (2022–23). She holds a BA in Fashion Communication: Fashion History and Theory from Central Saint Martins, UAL.

Georgia has catalogued and archived collections for brands and private clients. She previously worked as Archive and Collections Assistant for Manolo Blahnik, enhancing the documentation of the brand’s shoes, works on paper and press materials. 

A confident communicator, Georgia has experience in copywriting, content creation and public speaking, hosting talks and lectures for institutions including the National Portrait Gallery and Central Saint Martins.
